This prize draw is being run by Wesleyan Assurance Society, Colmore Circus, Birmingham, B4 6AR (“Wesleyan/Us/Our/We”)
- Only one entry per eligible person is allowed. Selected winners will be eligible to receive a £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (the “Prize Draw”).
- This Prize Draw is free to enter and is open to Dental and Medical Students who are enrolled at a UK Dental or Medical school and are in the final year of their course during the period the Prize Draw is live. We reserve the right to seek confirmation of your student status.
- You must fully complete the survey to be entered into the draw. Only surveys completed online will be accepted.
- Entrants must be UK residents above the age of 18 years old.
- No purchase is necessary and there is a limit to one entry per individual for the duration of the Promotion. Duplicate entries shall only be counted once.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of Wesleyan, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
- The prize draw opens on the 01/12/2024 and shall close on 01/12/2025. Each winner shall be selected by 11:59pm on the 28th day of each month that the Prize Draw is live. Entries received after this will not be counted for that month but will be included in the next month’s Prize Draw.
- The winners of the competition will be randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Winning entrants will be notified by telephone or email no later than 30 days after being selected. If the winner does not respond to Wesleyan to claim their prize within one calendar month after being notified, they will waive their right to the prize and an alternative winner may be selected. Wesleyan reserves the right not to select alternative winners in the event of any failure to claim the prizes on offer.
- Wesleyan does not accept any responsibility for entries unsuccessfully completed due to any technical fault.
- Wesleyan reserves the right to substitute another prize of similar value. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

- Third party terms and conditions apply to the £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media channels or suppliers of the prize.
- Entry to the draw is deemed to be in acceptance of these terms and conditions. Wesleyan reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Wesleyan reserves the right to amend these rules or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
- None of the Wesleyan group or any of their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Wesleyan group, their agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw without notice.
- By entering this competition, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry and in accordance with these terms and conditions. We will use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and Our privacy policy. Please be aware that personal data shared on social media will also be subject to that platform’s privacy notice so you should familiarise yourself with such terms. You also confirm that you have the consent of any other individual included in your entry to allow us to use their personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
