'Random Acts of Kindness' giveaway

How to enter

Know someone who goes out of their way to demonstrate kindness? Simply tag one nominee in the comments section on our Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook ‘Random Acts of Kindness Giveaway’ social media post, posted on Monday 13th February 2023. Your comment will count as 1 entry. You may only enter once on one social media platform post, and any additional entries will not be counted. We will randomly select 5 winners at 9.00AM on Friday 17th February 2023. Winners can choose to send their prize to their nominee.

The giveaway opens on Monday 13th February 2023 at 9.00AM and the deadline for entries is Thursday 16th February 2023 at 23.59.

Prizes

Each of the 5 winners will receive a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*.

Judging

You will be notified by social media direct message if you have been selected as a winner, with details on how to claim the prize. You will be free to pass on the prize to your nominated person. Winning entries may be posted on Wesleyan’s LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook social media accounts, and may also be used on our website to promote this giveaway and the Wesleyan brand.

Terms and Conditions

• This competition is being run by Wesleyan Financial Services Limited, Colmore Circus, Birmingham, B4 6AR (Wesleyan).
• The competition is free to enter and anyone can participate.
• No purchase is necessary, and you may only comment once on one social media platform to enter the competition.
• The competition opens at 9.00am on 13.02.2023 and closes at 23.59pm on 16.02.2023. Entries received after this will not be counted.
• Only entries submitted by commenting on the Random Acts of Kindness free Giveaway social media post (posted on 13th February 2023) will be accepted.
• We do not accept any responsibility for entries unsuccessfully completed due to any technical fault.
• Entries will be put into a random selector to generate the 5 winners.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Amazon or Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards or any social media channels. You are providing your information to Wesleyan.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of Wesleyan, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Wesleyan will contact the winners to claim their prize via direct message within 14 days of the closing date of the competition. If a winning entrant does not reply to Wesleyan’s message within one month, they will waive their right to the prize and an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will receive your prize within one month of successfully being contacted.
• Limited details of the prize winners may be obtained by writing to us at: Wesleyan Financial Services, Marketing Department, Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR.
• The outcome of the giveaway is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• Wesleyan reserves the right to amend these rules or withdraw the competition at any time without notice if events or circumstances occur outside of the control of Wesleyan.
• Personal data supplied to us during this competition will be used to process your entry and will be processed in accordance with Wesleyan’s privacy policy. Please be aware that personal data shared on social media will also be subject to that platform’s privacy notice so you should familiarise yourself with such terms.
• By entering this competition you grant Wesleyan permission for your limited personal data (your name) to be used on our website and the Wesleyan social media channels to promote this giveaway and the Wesleyan brand. You also confirm you have the permission and consent of the person you nominate to tag them and share their name in this giveaway.
• None of the Wesleyan group or any of their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Wesleyan group or for fraud, their agents or distributors or their employees.
