  • What are Wesleyan's opening hours?
    We are open Monday to Friday, from 9am - 5pm.
  • How do I renew my policy?
    On the home page you will find the policy or policies highlighted for renewal. From there you can either select the ‘Renew Policy’ button or contact us on 0800 107 5819.
  • How do I opt out of Auto renewal? 
    On the home page choose the policy you want to update and select the ‘Manage Policy’ button. Now scroll down the page until you reach the section called ‘Renewal Preference’. From here you will be able to either opt in or opt out of auto renewal. 
  • How do I make a change to my policy?
    To make any changes to your policy please call our team on 0800 107 5819.
  • How do I cancel my policy?
    To cancel your policy please call our team on 0800 107 5819.
  • How do I remove my card details?
    On the home page choose the policy you want to update and select the ‘Manage Policy’ button. Now scroll down the page until you reach the section showing your card details. At the bottom of this section is the ‘Remove’ button. Select this and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • How do I upload a document?
    On the home page choose the policy you want to update and select the ‘Manage Policy’ button. At the top of this page is a section titled ‘Policy Overview', select the button titled ‘View Documents’. On this page, scroll down until you see the section titled ‘Upload Documents’ then select ‘Choose File’. A window will now open, use this to navigate to the folder where your documents are stored. Please ensure that they comply with the file types listed and are smaller than the maximum file size. Once you have chosen the correct file, select the 'Open' button. A green banner will display to confirm that your file has been uploaded.
  • Why can’t I see my policy? 
    Due to the bespoke nature of some of our policies these documents are not available on the portal. Please call us on 0800 107 5819 for a copy of your documents or to discuss any aspect of your policy.
  • How do I get a new quote?
    Please call our team on 0800 107 5819 and they will be able to provide a new quote.
  • I need to make an outstanding payment, but it is not showing on the portal?

  • How do I get my documents in different formats?
