Member rewards: Terms and conditions

  • The promoter of the member reward offers set out in the My Wesleyan website (which are referred to as the “Offers”) is Wesleyan Assurance Society (referred to as the “Society”) of Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR (incorporated in England with company number ZC000145). Offers are administered and fulfilled by Perks Loyalty Limited, trading as White Label Loyalty (referred to as “WLL”) of Round Foundry Media Centre, Foundry Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 5QP (incorporated in England with number 09441699).
  • Offers are governed by these terms and conditions. By claiming an Offer, you accept these terms and conditions.
  • Offers are only available to individuals (including employees of the Society and its group or their family members) who meet the conditions for eligibility for a particular Offer. These individuals are referred to as “Qualifying Members”.

To be a Qualifying Member for the Offer you must:

  • Be a member of Wesleyan Assurance Society.
  • Be aged 18 years old or over.

Claiming an Offer:

  • Only Qualifying Members can claim an Offer. Offers are not transferrable.
  • Members who are only holders of a pension policy are only eligible to choose the Wesleyan Wallet reward and are excluded from selecting from the following voucher or rewards:

- National Trust

- M&S

- John Lewis & Partners

- Amazon

- Virgin Experience Days

- The Dining Out Card 

  • Terms for use of the Wesleyan Wallet application can be viewed within the app.
  • You can claim an Offer by registering on the My Wesleyan website. To access this please click through the secure link sent to you via e-mail. Once you have selected your reward you will receive an on-screen confirmation and a notification via e-mail.
  • Choosing an Offer entitles a Qualifying Member to select and claim one option from the rewards on offer within a rolling 12-month period. You cannot choose more than one Offer during that period. For example, if you choose a particular Offer on 1st August in a particular year, you would not be able to reselect that Offer or choose another different Offer until 1st August in the next year.
  • Once a reward is selected, you cannot change, exchange, or cancel the selected reward and you will only be entitled to select a new reward after the rolling 12-month period.
  • Qualifying Members opting to receive one of the Offers will be entitled to receive the selected voucher/discount from selected retailers/providers subject to availability.
  • The Offers do not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
  • These terms apply in addition to the terms and conditions of your policy or other product with the Society and do not change those terms and conditions.
  • The Society is not responsible if you claim an Offer and your claim is delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.
  • No cash alternative will be offered in respect of any Offer.
  • The Society may

- amend, suspend or withdraw any of the Offers or

- amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice by changing this website.

  • While the Society will endeavour to keep the Offers up to date, you accept that the Society cannot control the actions of the third parties who provide the rewards on Offer. As such, all Offers are subject to availability.
  • When claiming an Offer, you may be required to agree separate terms and conditions with the provider of the Offer rewards. You accept that the Society is not responsible for the content of those terms and conditions and cannot be responsible if you cannot access an Offer because you do not wish to agree those terms and conditions.

  • To claim an Offer, it will be necessary for the Society to collect personal information relating to you which may include personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, contact details and customer reference number). The Society will use this personal information to administer and fulfil your claim and for other marketing purposes. The Society may have to share this information with third parties who help to administer the Offers and with providers of Offer rewards. In particular, the Society uses WLL to administer and fulfil benefits for all rewards including the Wesleyan Wallet reward. To enable WLL to carry out these functions, the Society will share with WLL the names, email addresses and customer reference numbers of Qualifying Members who claim an Offer.
  • Further information on how the Society will use, store and handle your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy, which you can view here https://www.wesleyan.co.uk/privacy. The Privacy Policy set out your rights and each of our duties relating to your personal information. It also sets out how you can contact us and raise any complaints relating to our use of your personal information.
  • By claiming an Offer, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your personal information as described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting MemberRewards@wesleyan.co.uk
  • These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
